By accessing or using MinuteTemp (the "Service"), operated by MinuteTemp LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

MinuteTemp is a weather data aggregation and display platform. We collect, aggregate, and present weather forecast model data from multiple sources (including NOAA, ECMWF, and other meteorological agencies) alongside prediction market price data from third-party platforms (including Kalshi and Polymarket). The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of weather forecast data, prediction market prices, or any other data displayed on MinuteTemp.

• •Prediction market prices are sourced from third-party platforms and may be delayed, cached, or inaccurate.
• •Official settlement values (e.g., NWS CLI reports) may differ from real-time observations displayed on the platform.

You should independently verify all data before making any decisions.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• •You are solely responsible for verifying all data before acting on it.
• •You acknowledge that weather forecasts are uncertain and may not reflect actual conditions.
• •You acknowledge that prediction market data is sourced from third parties we do not control, and prices may not reflect current market conditions.
• •You will not redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit data from the Service without our prior written consent.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

8. Account Terms

To access certain features, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

The MinuteTemp platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by MinuteTemp LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Weather forecast data and prediction market data remain the property of their respective sources.

Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless you hold an API subscription).

11. Third-Party Data Sources

MinuteTemp aggregates data from third-party sources including:

• •Weather data: National Weather Service (NWS/NOAA), ECMWF, and other meteorological agencies worldwide
• •Market data: Kalshi, Polymarket, and other prediction market platforms

We do not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party data. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

12. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid features are available through subscription plans. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3 through 6 (No Investment Advice, Data Accuracy, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Limitation of Liability) survive termination.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MinuteTemp LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which MinuteTemp LLC is registered.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
